Poetry and Play
In collaboration with the ICAN UCSD System of Care program, Poetry and Play is a joyful Black History Month program.

Through poetry and creative play, children will explore storytelling, self-expression, and Black cultural voices in an engaging, hands-on museum setting.
Black History Month poetry activities will take place in the Museum’s Multipurpose Room, with poets performing on the World Market Stage from 11:00am–2:00pm and a Museum Mad Libs activity in the Multi-Purpose Room.
