Utica Children’s Museum routinely captures images, video and audio for promotional purposes.
By entering the museum, you provide consent to Utica Children’s Museum and its affiliates to capture and use images and/or recordings of you and everyone in your party to appear in marketing materials including website, email, social media, print, video and others. UCM and/or ICAN staff members, as well as media, will ask for permission before taking photos and/or video of visitors to highlight Museum experiences. Security cameras are in place at all times. Prior permission is required for all photo, film or video recording that is taken on Museum property and intended for commercial purposes.
