We can’t wait to welcome you to our new museum! We’re excited to welcome schools to explore, play, and learn at the NEW Utica Children’s Museum!
Every
Group Trip
Includes:
- Two hour museum visit
- Reserved group entry with check-in assistance
- Access to all hands-on exhibits and galleries
- Indoor lunch space is available for groups under 60 people (must be reserved when your booking is confirmed). Groups may bring their own bagged lunch; tables will be provided for registered lunch groups only
- Easy bus entrance and drop off
Booking and
Policies
- Field Trip Request Forms can be submitted through our website
- Once we receive your request, we’ll follow up within 48 hours to confirm your trip and send an invoice
- Full payment is required to secure your reservation
- Final headcounts and chaperone lists must be submitted one week before your trip
- Upon arrival, your group will receive wristbands which must be worn during your visit
- Groups must arrive on time. Late arrivals may have shortened museum access
Chaperones
Chaperones play an important role in ensuring a safe and fun experience for all! Adults are responsible for providing active supervision of children during museum visits. Required adult chaperones are admitted free of charge. Additional adults beyond the required ratio will be charged $15 admission.
